I recently booked an appointment for a bronze detailing service at Myers Kanata Nissan. The on-line booking option was seamless. Rob Saunders was my Service Advisor and he was fantastic! I was greeted with a friendly smile, confirmed the service I was looking for and then removed my extra keys from the key chain. I left and shortly there after he contacted me suggesting that I may appreciate a silver detailing service as it includes shampooing the interior. He was right! Myers Kanata Nissan was a great experience. I got the reference through the Autotrader site that a cash option was available through their trusted dealers relations. So I was able to communicate the morning after to set up a meeting that day to sell my Volkswagen Jetta. They were extremely reasonable with the fact that I did have a crack in my windshield, but they did not lower the value by much I feel. I definitely feel I got a GOOD deal with them giving me the cheque at the end. I also mentioned that Nissan is definitely a company we are looking into when we switch from leasing to financing with other car companies. But then, I would have to talk to my family first and decide on that. Myers Kanata Nissan was extremely friendly and approachable.
